Deep in the heart of the East Village, Scenic, NYC's newest žber-venue comes to life for the first time on a sunny Wednesday afternoon in July 2005. Not too long before that day, the people who brought Scenic to reality contacted Bayt & Takl to help create a website which would be a conduit for constantly updated content yet still retain a classic, bold look.
We took the opportunity to create a uniquely individual website with a completely custom content management system. Used by the staff at Scenic to keep the content fresh and up to date, including a Schedule, Blog, Message Board and News as well as banner ad management.
The schedule is extensive and brings artists to life should the viewer choose to visit a particular artists' "detail page". There they can listen to MP3s, watch movies and read the band's bio, all easily updated by Scenic anytime, anywhere.
