The folks at Travel With Matthew needed a simple yet reliable eCommerce solution for their sing-a-long learning tools. Taking into account the small product selection we focused on ease of use and a fluid checkout process. We kept the site low-key and geared towards their key demographic set.
Once an order is placed, the TWM staff gets an email notification. To view the details of the order they can simply log in to the admin control panel of their shopping cart from anywhere in the world. Once logged in they can print the automatically generated invoice and packing slip, send an update to the customer, view purchasing statistics or make changes to the product line and options.
